About North Lincs Rural Training Group

Carolyn Vickers-Lingard – Training Organiser

I have lived in Lincolnshire all my life and come from an agricultural background. I grew up on a 400 acre mixed farm with my late grandfather having a 200 Friesian dairy herd along with arable cereal crops.

I joined North Lincs Rural Training Group in June 2012 and since that time 2900 people have been trained on over 600 courses I have organised. Due to Health & Safety legislation, many training courses have been recommended throughout the landbased sector and these include everything from First Aid to Welding! I can help you and your staff become more efficient by developing your skills through training along with vital refresher training

I pride myself on offering an efficient service with attention to detail, delivered in a caring and friendly manner.  I have a genuine interest in my trainees’ needs and have an approachable and friendly manner.

The Training Group membership has grown year on year with an increased turnover but I pride myself on still providing that personal touch to my members which I believe is crucial.
