This LANTRA run refresher training course aims to refresh trainees of the basic skills in the operation and maintenance of petrol driven chainsaws. It re-introduces trainees to the hazards and risks involved with operating a chainsaw and to comply with health and safety legislation. The length of training is one day which covers a mix of both workshop and practical elements on cross-cutting of timber and manual stacking. We provide LANTRA course materials & Certification with integrated assessment.
We recommend refresher training be undertaken every 3-5 years.
