This excellent 2 days LANTRA training course aims to give youngsters aged between 13 and 16 years the knowledge, understanding and basic tractor driving skills in using a tractor safely and with confidence.  The key fundamentals of driving, loading and Health & Safety are covered. Our tractor driving course is suitable for all young budding tractor drivers who may go on to work within agriculture, amenity, forestry, industrial and horticultural industries in the future.

The maximum of 4 trainees per course learn how to attach a mounted implement and manoeuvre in a forward and reverse direction along with learning the skills of “backing a trailer”!

This course is suitable for anyone who may be new to or have some experience in driving tractors and allow them to develop skills to drive safely and competently.  We have very experienced and friendly Instructors who immediately put the young people at their ease and guide them through the integrated training and assessment over the two days.

LANTRA Awards will provide a Certificate of Training following the course.

See our Gallery for more pictures of the young trainees enjoying their tractor driving courses.
